Joshua K. Blair, PMP, is Co-founder and Strategic Partnerships Director of BrandThumb - a minority owned business focused on branding strategy (brandthumb.com) for Food/Beverage/Hospitality. He serves on a variety of advisory boards associated Penn State University (NYC Alumni Assoc, Berks Campus Professional Writing, and Sports Business Conference). This year he participated in PSHRS Alumni in the classroom program.

With twenty years as a relationship-builder in NYC, Joshua is well-versed in all phases of the Project Management Life Cycle and is adept at working with C-level executives, continuously improving and moving projects towards completion. Joshua is an an innovative thinker who also is co-owner of two US Patents and is known as a creative problem solver. Joshua is also a proven leader in the area of internal IT Transformation Communication. Joshua recently worked on Allegiant Airlines’ innovative Sunseeker Hotel Project for a new property in Port Charolette, Florida.

In his career as a webmaster, he has managed the launch or relaunches of several
major global websites across Health and Beauty (Revlon.com, Coty.com), sports (ESPN),
banking (BankOne/Citi), and other industries (Panasonic). He developed the Project Management Office (PMO) at an agency in Manhattan (Flightpath.com).

Joshua is a graduate of Penn State University, has his Executive IT Management Certification from Columbia University (NY), has studied Leadership and Digital Marketing/Branding for Purpose at NYU in addition to being certified Six Sigma. He's also an Army Vet and a single father.
